     2018 dodge ram that requires Chrysler 12 + 8 connector, which we have but won't connect to network even though WiFi is connected with full bars

     Lucky me.

     Just found out that this did not come w my MK908 PRO and I was very clear on what I do in my facility. Was assured that all required for these American vehicles was included. All I do is transmissions. 

     Autel has been nothing but a nightmare experience w an over priced scan tool that does nothing for me besides pull codes. Need this to do a 2018 Dodge,  also on this Friday afternoon.
     
    I cant even get someone on the phone to help me get it to work w my printer.  

    I have nothing to say except I miss my old brick that I understood and had a support service. Wish they would just buy this back. Thing wont stay on WiFi either.
